
Meet Jodi Rigoni, Republican Candidate for Lockport Township Supervisor. As a past Lockport Township Park District Commissioner, Jodi will bring much needed experience in municipal budgeting, governance, and public policy to the office of Township Supervisor. Jodi is a lifelong resident of Lockport. She is a member of the Lockport Lions Club and was honored with a resolution commending her dedicated contributions to the people of Lockport Township. Jodi has also served the Lockport Township community as a past member of the Rotary Club, Dellwood Foundation, and Lockport Woman’s Club.

Michael Lewandowski served as a Lockport Township Trustee from 2014-2018. At that time, he worked to acquire the new township building, saving taxpayers the expense of new construction. He also worked to improve the Lockport Township Food Pantry and make significant improvements to Senior Bus Services.

Frank DiGiovanni is the Republican Candidate for Lockport Township Assessor.
Frank is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and has held various leadership roles, including serving on the board of the Veterans Assistance Commission of Will County and the Lockport American Legion Post 18. Frank had a 30-year career in the fire service and earned the Illinois State Fire Marshal’s Medal of Valor. He has been an Illinois Certified Real Estate Appraiser & a Real Estate Broker for over 25 years as well as a Certified Illinois Assessing Officer.
As assessor, Frank would ensure Lockport Township residents would have equitable and impartial assessments. , ensuring equity, and upholding impartial assessments.
He will work to streamline the appeal process for residents and business owners, making it easier for them to challenge property tax assessments and apply for eligible exemptions. His goal is to ensure that all property owners—both residential and commercial—have access to a clear, efficient, and fair system to address their concerns.

Jim Louch is the current Highway Commissioner and a lifelong public servant. He served as a volunteer commissioner on the Lockport Township Park District Board for 30 years. Receiving no compensation, Jim worked to develop an outstanding accredited agency dedicated to enriching the quality of life for the residents of Lockport, Crest Hill, and Romeoville.

Jessica Cannaday is seeking her second term as Lockport Township’s Collector. Over the last four years, Jessica has utilized her 21 years of municipal experience to help initiate changes to the Township’s bid processes and personnel policies and ensure tax dollars are used as efficiently as possible. Jessica serves as a volunteer director on the board of the Lakewood Falls Community Association, and is a member Romeoville Pony Baseball Board. She served as a volunteer coach for Romeoville Rec and Pony baseball and is currently the head coach for her son’s Bronco team. She is a leader in the field of parks and recreation and has extensive experience in fund accounting, community outreach, tax levies, capital and master planning, communications, and public administration.

Gregg Bickus is a veteran of the US Army reserves and has served the last 8 years as a Trustee for Lockport Township. Gregg is the voice of common sense policies for our township board. Trustee Bickus has proposed 0% increase to levy for the past 8 years but lacked support of Democratic board members until this election year. Gregg looks forward to decreasing taxes and reducing the township’s $5 million+ surplus.

Denise Salvino is a member of Lockport Woman’s Club, Lockport Moose Lodge #1557, 100+ Women Who Care of Will County, and a parishioner of St. Dennis Church. She works tirelessly to support essential services for the residents of Will County and the greater Lockport area. She has also raised more than $200,000 as part of Bunco for Breast Cancer in Downers Grove. Denise is committed to providing resident accessibility to Township Government. In addition to having a perfect record of attendance at every board meeting in her term, Denise attends community events such as Senior Breakfasts, family fun night, and Veterans events. She is committed to being as accessible to Lockport Township residents as possible to ensure that your voice is heard and the Township understands the needs of its residents.

Kyle Bak is a lifelong resident of Lockport Township and is seeking his first term as Lockport Township Trustee. He holds a degree in Public Administration and Service from Northern Illinois University. He serves as the President of the Nottingham Ridge Homeowners Association, where he works to create a more connected and informed neighborhood. Kyle is the owner of a Radon Testing business, contributing to the safety and well-being of local residents.

Timothy O’Neil is seeking his first term as Lockport Township Trustee. Tim is a dedicated senior services professional with more than 20 years of experience in analyzing operational efficiencies, developing and implementing financial controls, and managing risk compliance and auditing. He and his family are parishioners of St. Andrew’s Church in Romeoville and he has served as volunteer baseball coach.
